摘要
利用面向对象技术,分析了制造品质BOM的概念、内容、特性、表现形式、作用和必要性,给出了基于产品结构和配置关系的制造品质BOM(Manufacture Quality Bill of Materials,简称MQBOM)生成方法,论述了制造品质BOM与产品BOM及其他相关BOM间的关系,并用语义化建模技术构建了制造品质BOM的构成和生成过程,以制造品质BOM作为制造质量数据流的组织形式,实现产品制造过程的全面质量管理,并使得制造质量信息与产品其他相关信息间达到畅通的共享和集成。
With the object-oriented technology, the concept, content, features, expressional form,function, and importance of quality BOM are analyzed. The generation method of manufac-ture quality bill of materials based on products structure and configuration is advanced.Discussing the relation of quality BOM and product BOM and other related BOM, the modelof generation process and the contents of MQBOM are constructed by the semantic mod-eling technology. It is used as an organic form of quality data to realize total quality man-agement in manufacture and information integration and sharing between manufacturequality information and other related product information.
