摘要
磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)经过10多年的研究,取得了很大的进展。而外加剂以及复合物对CPC的性能有着重要的影响,它们的研究同CPC相比还处于起步阶段。本文综术了CPC的复合物及其外加剂最新研究结果,包括纤维及交联剂增强CPC,CPC抗水剂、促凝剂和增塑剂的研究,有机复合CPC骨水泥的研究,同生长因子复合CPC和载药CPC等。
Additives and composites of calcium phosphate bone cement CPC have important effects on its properties. Compared with CPC, much more work should be done on its composites and additives. And recent progress in CPC composites and its additives is introduced in the present paper, including CPC reinforced by fibers and cross-linking agents, setting accelerator, anti-water agents, fluidificant, dental cement containing organic acid, combination growth factor CPC and drugloaded CPC. [
