摘要
比较了利用原子吸收分光光度计测定葡萄酒中铁元素含量的两种方法——标准浓度法与标准加入法,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6):标准浓度法为2.8%,标准加入法为2.1%;回收率范围分别为119.93%~146.30%和101.33%~103.30%;线性范围均为0~12mg/L。确定了更为准确、稳定、快速的标准加入法作为原子吸收分光光度计分析葡萄酒中的铁元素含量的最佳方法,并可将该方法推广到其他元素的测量中使用。
The two methods to determine iron content in wine by atomic absorption spectr ometer(standard concentration method and standard addition method respectively )were compared.RSD(relative standard deviation)(n=6)of the determination results were2.8%(standard concentration method)and2.1%(standard addi tion method)respectively.And the recovery rates were119.93%~146.3 0%and101.33%~103.30%respectively.The linear ranges were both i n0~12mg/L.Through the comparison,standard addition method proved to be th e better one to determine iron content in wine for its better performance in det ermination(more accurate and rapider).(Tran.by YUE Yang)
