高住低练法对运动员神经系统及其认知行为的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用实验、心理测试行为调查方法,研究高住低练法对运动员神经系统及其认知行为的影响。结果显示,实验组与对照组在闪光融合、被动反应时和错误次数变化方面存在显著性差异,其精神因子、睡眠、成效因子、信心因子、能力因子、认同因子具有明显改善,效果满意。建议:将高住低练作为运动训练的一种辅助性方法在我国体育运动训练中推广应用。 By using the method of psychological testing and behavior investigation,this paper studies the influence of living high and training low on nervous system and cognition behavior.The result shows that there exist significant different in CCF,passive reaction time and error times,its mental factor,sleeping,nervous system,effect factor,confidence factor,ability factor and recognition factor have obvious improvement.It suggests that living high and training low as an assistant method of training should be promoted in our country.
