NBA运动员与俱乐部工资收支状况之研究

Research on Income and Expenditure of NBA Players and Clubs

采用文献资料调研、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法对NBA俱乐部和运动员工资收支状况进行研究。俱乐部支付薪金总额和运动员平均工资水平表明,NBA俱乐部经济状况总体较好,保证了职业运动员的高收入。奢侈税虽然一定程度上制约了俱乐部支付薪金总额的快速增长,但目前仍有相当数量的俱乐部支付超过工资上限的薪金,运动员之间工资差距较大;俱乐部的薪金支付总额与赛季成绩并不完全成正比;运动员工资的平均水平与运动员年龄和NBA球龄间存在一定的规律性关系;首发运动员的平均工资明显高于替补运动员,不同位置运动员工资的平均值有一定的差异。

By using the method of documentary,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,this paper studies the income and expenditure of NBA players and clubs.Clubs pay for total wages and players average wage indicates that economic situation of NBA clubs are generally good,it ensures the high income of professional players.Although luxury tax restricts the rapid increase of total wage in certain degree,quite a few clubs pay for extreme wage larger than maximum permissible.There is big different in wage between players,some players enjoys very high salary.The total wage is not directly proportion to achievement of match seasons.There are some regular relations between average wage,age and years they playing basketball in NBA.Players who put in first place gain obviously large average wage than substitute players.There is different average of wage between different positions in match.
