山东省初中体育骨干教师心理健康状况的调查与分析

Investigation Analysis on Mental Health Condition of Core Physical Education Teachers in Middle Schools in Shandong Province

为探讨体育骨干教师的心理健康状况及其影响因素,运用SCL-90量表进行测评,并与全国常模进行比较。结果:体育骨干教师的SCL-90阳性项目均分和一项因子分与全国成人常模相比较存在着明显差异。结论:初中体育骨干教师心理健康状况明显好于全国中小学教师,且好于一般人群。

This paper discusses the mental health condition of core physical education teachers and influencing factors by using the SCL-90 quantum table,compares it with national norm.The result shows that core physical education teachers are healthier than other teachers engaged in elementary education as well as common people.
