摘要
以顺酐和乙醇为原料 ,硫酸氢钠和氯化铝为催化剂合成富马酸二乙酯。考察了影响收率的因素 ,确定最佳工艺条件为 :顺酐 0 .1m ol,乙醇 0 .3m ol,硫酸氢钠 0 .5 g,氯化铝 0 .6 g,反应时间 4 h,油浴温度 110~ 12 0℃ ,收率可达 90 %以上。
Diethyl fumarate was synthesized with maleic anhydride and ethanol as raw materials, sodium bisulfate and aluminium trichloride as catalysts. The factors affecting the yield were investigated. The optimum conditions were as follows: maleic anhydride 0.1mol, ethanol 0.3mol, sodium bisulfate 0.5g, aluminium trichloride 0.6g, the time of reaction was 4h, the temperature of oil bath was 110~120℃,the finally yield was over 90%.
