摘要
探索了用容量法测定微量元素叶面喷施肥中锌、锰含量的分析条件 :样品经硝酸和高氯酸处理后 ,用EDTA、氯化锌反滴定法测定锌、锰合量 ,再用硝酸铵法测定锰含量 ,总量减去锰含量即得锌含量。
The determination conditions of Mn and Zn with volumetry were investigated. The sample was treated with nitric acid and perchloric acid, and then was back titrated with EDTA and zinc chloride to determine the Zn and Mn. After that, the content of Mn was determined with method of ammonium nitrate and the Zn content was that the content of Mn deducted from the total content.
