摘要
目的 研究不同胎龄人胎儿呼吸道肥大细胞的分布、形态和数量变化。方法 5 2例 2月~ 9月龄的人胎儿 ,分别取鼻黏膜和气管组织 ,HE染色示一般组织结构 ,甲苯胺蓝 (TB)染色示肥大细胞。结果 肥大细胞在 3月龄的鼻黏膜和气管少量呈现 ,随着胎龄的增加 ,数量渐增多 ,在鼻黏膜于 4月、6月和 7月 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,在气管于 4月、6月 (P <0 .0 0 1)和 8月 (P <0 .0 1)有显著性增多 ,且同胎龄鼻黏膜的肥大细胞量多于气管的。结论 肥大细胞的量的变化与胎龄密切相关 。
Objective To study the distribution,shape and number of mast cells(MCs) in human fetal respiratory tract. Methods The MCs in nasalmucosa and trachea were observed byusingHEandtoluidineblue( TB )stainingon52fetusesofdifferentages. Results It was found that the MCs occurred in 3 fetal months in both nasal mucosa and trachea and the number increased with the increase of fetal age. There were significant increases in 4, 6 and 7 fetal months(P< 0.001) in nasal mucosa and in 4, 6(P<0 001) and 8 fetal months(P< 0.01) in trachea. The number of MCs of nasal mucosa was more than that of trachea in the same fetal age. Conclusion These results suggest that the quantitative changes of MCs are relative to the fetal age, that is, the development of fetal respiratory tract.
