光合细菌制剂对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响及抑瘤作用

Immunity function and the antitumor effect of photosynthetic bacteria preparations on tumorigenic mice

目的 观察两种光合细菌制剂对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响及抑瘤作用。方法 以荷S180 实体瘤小鼠为模型 ,灌胃给药 ,连续 10d ,计算抑瘤率 ,测定小鼠脾、胸腺指数 ,中性红比色法测定腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果 光合细菌制剂可促进小鼠脾及胸腺增殖 ,提高腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能 ,并对S180 有一定的抑制作用 ,抑瘤率平均分别为 36 .1%和 4 2 .7%。

Objective To examine two photosynthetic bacterium(PSB) preparations ,influence on the immunity function and antitumor effect of tumorigenic mice. Method The mouse model with tumor-S 180 was set up. The coefficient of thymus gland and spleen was determined,and the phagocytic function of celiac macrophages was determined with neutral-red colorimetric method.Then the tumor inhibitory rate was calculated. Results Both of the PSB preparations could improve the coefficients of thymus gland and spleen and the phagocytic function of celiac macrophage.They also have some inhibitory action on tumors, and the rates were 36.1% and 42.7%. Conclusion Both of the PSB products can improve the immunity function of tumorigenic mice and have an antitumor effect.
