眼内内窥镜直视下经巩膜睫状沟后房型人工晶体缝合固定 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨在眼内内窥镜直视下后房型人工晶体睫状沟缝合固定的临床疗效并于常规后房型人工晶体缝合固定进行比较。方法 应用眼内内窥镜在直视下行 2 5例 (2 5只眼 )后房人工晶体经巩膜睫状沟缝合固定。观察患者术后视力变化及并发症情况。结果  2 5例手术均进行顺利 ,无术中并发症发生。术后 ,2 0只眼 (80 % )最佳矫正视力好于术前。 2 3只眼(92 % )晶体位正 ,2 5例中未见由晶体异位引起的症状。术后无持续性高眼压及玻璃体积血并发症。结论 眼内内窥镜的应用可使术者在直视下完成后房型人工晶体缝合固定术 ,将晶体袢准确地固定于睫状沟内 ,避免及减少了术后并发症的发生。 Objective To evaluate the surgical results of transscleral sulcus fixation of sutured posterior chamber intraocular lenses (PCIOL) assisted with endoscope and compare it with the traditional sutured PCIOL technique. Methods Sutured PCIOL was performed with the assistance of endoscope in 25 patients. Postoperative visual changes and complications were observed. Results Of all the 25 cases, there were no intraoperative complications; in 20 cases (80%) postoperative best correct visual acuity was better than the preop; the position of PCIOL was satisfied in 23 cases (92%) and there were no symptoms caused by decentered PCIOL. No persistent high intraocular pressure or vitreous hemorrhage was observed postoperatively. Conclusion Endoscope can provide the direct view in the surgeries of transscleral sulcus fixation of sutured PCIOL. Suturing the haptics of IOL precisely in the sulcus can prevent and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
