摘要
目的 :探讨前列环素与血栓素A2 及其比值即PGI2 /TXA2 在外伤性牙髓病发生、发展中的作用及在治疗中的意义。方法 :采用放射免疫检测技术对 11例正常牙髓及 2 2例于外伤后不同时间出现不可复性牙髓病症状的外伤牙髓组织中的 6 -K -PGF1浕(PGI2 的稳定代谢产物 )、TXB2 (TXA2 的稳定代谢产物 )的水平进行测定 ,并计算二者比值 6 -K -PGF1浕/TXB2 即K/T值。结果 :牙齿受外伤后虽然经历不同时间 ,但当牙髓发生不可逆性病变时 ,其 6 -K -PGF1浕、TXB2 水平及比值在外伤牙各组间均无显著性差异 ,且其 6 -K -PGF1浕、TXB2 水平均显著高于正常组 ,K/T值均显著低于正常组。结论 :PGI2 、TXA2 水平及其比值与外伤性牙髓病的发生。
Objective:To study the significance of the PGI 2?TXA 2 and their ratio in the genesis,development and treatment of the pulp disease caused by trauma.Methods:The level of 6-K-PGF 1ɑ and TXB 2 were determined by the radioimmunoassay in the pulps from the 33 subjects with the healthy pulp or post-traumatic irreversible pulp disease. And then calculated the ratio of 6-K-PGF 1ɑ to TXB 2(K/T).Results:There was no significant difference among the different groups of post-traumatic pulps.The levels of 6-K-PGF 1ɑ and TXB 2 in all groups of post-traumatic pulps were all higher than those in healthy pulps significantly.The ratios K/T in all groups of post-traumatic pulps were lower than those in the healthy pulps significantly.Conclusions:PGI 2?TXA 2 and their ratio were closely related to the genesis of irriversible traumatic pulp disease and thereby we might put forward a new therapy for the traumatic pulp disease.
