下颌升支骨折的微创化治疗

Treatment of the Fracture of Ramus Using Minimally Invasive Technique

摘要 目的 :探讨下颌升支骨折内固定如何减小创伤。方法 :微创化治疗 4 3例下颌升支骨折。口内外小切口 ,建立骨膜下隧道 ,不做软组织的广泛剥离 ,微型钛板骨外侧皮层内固定。结果 :所有病例均获随访 ,时间 3~ 12个月 ,平均 5 .6个月骨性愈合 ,咬合关系恢复良好 ,无骨不连、面神经损伤。结论 Objective:To study a way to reduce invasive for internal fixation of the fracture of ramus.Methods:Minimally invasive technique was used to treat 43 cases of the fracture of ramus.Titanium mini-plate were used to the internal fixation of buccal mandibular plate with minimal access and a subperiosteum tunnel,without extensive denudation.Results:All the patients were followed up for 3~12 months after operation.All were bony union with an average healing time of 5.6 months and the occluding relation cure,without nonunion or injury of facial nerve.Conclusions:Minimally invasive technique is bettter than conventional technique for the treatment of the fracture of ramus.
