摘要
目的 :分析目前临床上常用的两种封闭介质 (磷酸锌水门汀和玻璃离子水门汀 )对粘结固定型种植义齿应力分布的影响。方法 :采用三维有限元应力分析。结果 :两种封闭介质对种植体表面应力分布的影响没有显著性差别 ,但玻璃离子水门汀的抗折性优于磷酸锌水门汀。结论 :由于玻璃离子水门汀的抗疲劳循环的性能优于磷酸锌水门汀 。
Objective:The specific purpose of this investigation was to compare the effect of two luting agents (zinc phosphate and glass-ionomer) used in clinic to cement-retained implant denture on stress distribution.Methods:A three-dimensional finite element(3-DFE)model was used to analysis the stress distribution of the implant.Results:For zinc phosphate and glass-ionomer,similar Von Mises stress was found in each part of the implant, but glass-ionomer had the better ability of resistance to fatigue than zinc phosphate.Conclusions:The type of the luting agents had very little effect on stress levels and stress distribution of the implant. But glass-ionomer more adapted to cement-retained implant denture because glass-ionomer had the better ability of resistance to fatigue than zinc phosphate.
