摘要
超宽带技术是一种全新的无线电技术,在无线通信方面有着不可替代的优势。超宽带放大器是UWB无线接收系统的最前端,是其重要组成部分。在超宽带放大器5种基本电路结构以及噪声系数、功率增益和频带宽度3个重要设计参数的基础上,根据器件的特点设计出一个双极型超宽带放大器的电路,经优化仿真给出了具体电路和参考参数。该仿真结果完全满足系统的设计要求,可为超宽带放大器的分析和设计提供进一步研究的依据,具有工程参考价值。
Five basic structures of Ultra-wideband amplifier are described, and the analysis of the three important parameters: noise figures, power gain, bandwidth is also proposed in this paper. Based on the analysis, a circuit diagram of bipolar Ultra-wideband amplifier is given. The measured results fit with the design results well. Compared with current studies, this paper distinguished itself by presenting the material parameter configuration and circuit simulation. Those conduce to the analysis and the design the Ultra-wideband amplifier.
