摘要
数控装置中的数控系统的性能决定了数控机床的整体性能,这种性能的发挥在很大程度上取决于数控机床位置控制数据的合理性。通过借助于软件可以方便的对这些机床参数进行设置和调整,从而使数控机床在最佳参数下运行,保持良好的加工精度。在运用误差理论及控制补偿方法对两台配置SIEMENS802C/S系统的数控铣床和车床进行数据的设置、调整以及实验验证,探索出一些获得机床位置控制数据有效的方法。
The NC system is the core of the NC machine,and the property of the NC system decides the whole property of machine.The application of this property depends on the rational data used by the NC machine. By using software,it is very convenient to set and adjust the machine data for the NC machine to work in the best state and to keep good machining precision. From the theory of error and the method of controlling compensate,the data of a miller and a lathe, which are both allocated the Siemens system,a set and adjusted.Then some significant ways of getting the best data are obtained.
