摘要
对陕西咸阳彩虹集团荧光粉厂含硫污水中的硫离子进行了检测并对其治理方法进行了研究。在对废水中的硫离子进行检测时采取了酸化-吹取-吸收的预处理方法以使其吹取和吸收完全,用亚甲基蓝分光光度法对S2-进行了测定,并在处理中采用了二次处理法,即絮凝法和氧化法相结合的方法,经PAM、硫酸铝钾及过硫酸铵水处理剂处理后污水中S2-的去除率达到了99 45%,其浓度低于国家一级排放标准(1.0mg/L)。
In this paper, technology of detecting and disposing of sulfion in sulphide waste water is studied.The sample is taken from Fluorescent Light Powder Factory in Shaanxi,China.In the process of detecting sulfion in waste water, the pretreatment of acidation-extraction-absorbtion is maded in order to extract and absorb sulfion completely and the submethyl blue spectrophometry is used to detecting the content of sulfion. In the disposal process of the waste water, polyacrylic amide,alum and ammonium supersulphate are used so that the removal rate of sulfion is 99.45%,at the same time,the sulphide waste water is letted out below the primary standard (1.0 mg/L)by using these water disposal agents.
