摘要
针对国内早期从国外引进的抄纸过程质量控制系统(QCS)所存在的问题,对美国原Measurex公司生产的QCS进行了深入研究,分析了其进行纸张定量及水分在线检测的基本原理和详细补偿措施,给出了适合于Measurex公司定量及水分传感器的具体变送算法,并对算法进行了详尽的仿真分析。
Aiming at the problems existed at present in the quality control system (QCS) of paper-making process introduced from abroad, some profound researches on the QCS made by Measurex corporation of USA are done and its basic principles and detailed compensations to the on-line measurement of paper basis weight and moisture are analyzed. The transmitting algorithms suitable for the basis weight and moisture sensors made in Measurex are proposed and a detailed simulation analysis on these algorithms is done.
