在工业控制中,PLC控制系统由于其可靠性高、控制功能强得到了越来越广泛的应用,而串行通讯是计算机和外设进行通讯、采集外部信号的重要手段。在实际应用中往往会遇到不同的控制系统需要检测同一物理信号的情况,本文以西门子CP340串行通讯模块在碱回收蒸发工段和燃烧工段的应用为例,介绍了如何利用PLC串行通讯实现不同的PLC控制系统间的信息共享,从而避免了物理量的重复检测,达到了减少硬件成本的目的。

In the industry automatic control, the PLC control system is being used widely because of its high reliability and powerful function. Serial communication is an important method for the communication between the computer and peripheral equipment, as well collecting the signal from peripheral equipment. Because it is very common to meet with the circumstances that the different control systems should monitor the same signal in the practice use, this article is mainly about the application of PLC serial communication in recycling alkali evaporation and burning work section, which can share the information between different PLC control system, thus can avoid the repeated monitor of signals, and reduce the cost of hardware.
