宽范围氧传感器控制器设计及在柴油机EGR系统中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 设计了宽范围氧传感器控制器,并对其输出电压与混合气过量空气系数λ的关系进行了测试。其具有灵敏度高、重复性好、测量范围宽、响应时间短等优点,将作为关键部件之一在内燃机控制系统中得到广泛应用。以宽范围氧传感器为关键部件,研制了以进排气中氧含量为控制目标的新型柴油机EGR系统,控制思路正确、逻辑简单,台架试验表明,NOx含量降低45%,取得了较好的效果。 A wide band oxygen sensor interface is designed successfully and the relationship between the output voltage and the excessive air coefficient λ is measured.It shows high sensitivity,high repeatability,wide range and fast response time.It is suitable for use in many control systems for internal combustion engines.A new EGR system for Diesel engines using the incoming charge oxygen concentration and the exhaust gas oxygen concentration as the control parameters based on the wide hand oxygen sensor interface is developed.Experiments and analyses are carried out.The result shows that the new EGR system is capable of effective NO_x reduction without causing substantial increases of other pollutants.
