摘要
目的 研究了壳聚糖对Zn2+的吸附行为。方法 通过元素分析、紫外吸收光谱、红外光谱等方法。结果 认为吸附平衡数据符合Langumiur及Fruendlich等温吸附方程,并推算出配合物中壳聚糖与锌的配位比为3∶1。结论 壳聚糖与锌配合物可能的组成为[Zn(CTS)3]·SO4·6H2O,该吸附过程符合动力学一级反应过程。
AimThe study of the adsorption kinetics showed that the rate of adsorption effect of zinc ion on chitosan can be interpreted in terms of first order reaction.MethodsThe absorption effect of znic ions on chitosan was investigated by adsorption method.ResultsThe composition and structure of chitosan-Zn(Ⅱ) complex were investigated by element analysis, UV-visible and infrared spectrometry.The results show that the ratio of Zn(Ⅱ) with chitosan was 3∶1,and the possible composition of the complex was ·SO_4·6H_2O.ConclusionThe expertimental data of adsorption equilibrum from zinc ion solutions were satisfied with the Langmuir and Fruendlich isotherm equation.
