摘要
根据一些网络优化的经验,提出了网络设计与优化的关系以及各个阶段应注意的问题。文中特别强调,无论是设计还是优化,都要十分注意各个基站或小区的覆盖范围。在各个基站或小区的无线覆盖范围基本符合设计初衷,或根据实际情况,经过调整达到一定程度的合理性之后,才谈得上对参数的调整,以使网络运行处于比较理想的状态。
The relationship between radio network design and optimization and the problems, which should be clarified and solved in these two steps, could be dealt with. The rationalization of the radio coverage is intentionally stressed. And the coverage area of each individual base station or cell should be carefully investigated. Cell or system parameters can be modified or readjusted only after the radio coverage is rationalized or regulated to an optimum rationality according to the real situation, consequently to make the system working under a perfect condition.
