Design and Realization of EPP System Based on XML

随着Web 技术的飞速发展以及电子商务的广泛普及，越来越多的企业和个人需要在互联网上注册自己的域名。但传统的域名注册协议由于统一性不够，给注册服务提供商（Registrar）和注册机构(Registry)带来了很大的麻烦。该文介绍一种新的注册协议EPP（Extensible Provisioning Protocol）的实现框架。Epp使用XML作为描述工具对注册协议进行描述，规范了Registry和Registrar之间的通信，代表了国际注册技术的先进水平。

With the rapid development of Web technology and e-business, more and more enterprises and individual want to register their own domain name. The traditional registry/registrar protocol(RRP)has some disadvantage, such as lack of unification between registry and registrar, bringing much trouble to registry/registrar. This paper introduces a new extensible provisioning protocol(EPP)and its implemental framework . EPP uses XML as describing tools, unifying the communication between registry/registrar, standing for advanced registration technology.
