介绍了一套监控系统的软件结构的设计与实现，从软件角度介绍了各个模块从设计到实现的全过程，并针对电源监控的特殊要求给出了具体的解决方法。
This article focuses on the design and implementation of the software structure of a set of monitoring system, and from the point of view of software introduces the whole procedure from design to implementation of each module. It gives feasible solvent for the particular request of electrical source monitoring.
