摘要
目的 探讨固肾止漏胶囊的药效作用。方法 通过动物实验 ,观测固肾止漏胶囊对小鼠出血时间、凝血时间、凝血酶原时间 (PT)和白陶土部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT)的影响 ,以及抗炎作用和对大鼠血液流变学和血小板聚集功能的影响。结果 固肾止漏胶囊可明显缩短小鼠断尾出血时间和凝血时间(P<0 .0 1 ) ;还可使PT、APTT明显缩短 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用(P <0 .0 1 ) ,对角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀在致炎后 2~ 4h有抑制作用 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;对ADP诱导的血小板聚集没有明显的影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;低剂量组对大鼠血瘀模型造成的全血黏度上升的高、中、低切均有降低作用 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 固肾止漏胶囊能通过内源性和外源性 2种凝血途径调节凝血过程 ,促进止血和凝血 ,并有抗炎及散瘀作用。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of the Gushenzhilou Capsule(GC) on the treatment of metrorrhagia.Methods The bleeding time ,clotting time,prothrombin time(PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time by kaolin(APTT) in mice were examined. Anti-inflammatory effects and its influence on the hemorheology and platelet aggregation were observed. Results GC 40.0、20.0、10.0 g/kg shortened the bleeding time and the clotting time in mice (P<0.01) . PT and APTT in mice were also shortened(P<0.05). GC 20.0、10.0、5 g/kg could relieve the auricular swelling of mouse induced by dimethylbenzene(P<0.01). Those dose of GC also could obviously inhibit the foot swelling in rats caused by carragcrenin Group of GC 10 g/kg inhibited the increase of the whole blood viscidity induced by congestion in rats (P<0.05) .GC 20.0、10.0、5.0 g/kg had no obvious effects on the aggregation of platelet in rats(P>0.05). Conclusion GC can exert a definite effect in treating metrorrhagia. Its mechanism may be related to the increase of coagulation through the intrinsic and extrinsic coagulation Pathway, removing blood stasis and anti-inflammatory effect。
