雷公藤多糖的提取和含量测定方法研究

Extraction and determination of polysaccharide from Tripterygium wilfordii

目的 建立雷公藤中多糖的测定方法 ,进行不同提取条件时 ,药物中多糖的含量比较。方法 采用苯酚 硫酸比色法 ,于 4 90nm处测定含量。结果 该方法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 10 0 .5 % ,RSD =1.2 3%。结论 本法准确 ,可作为雷公藤中多糖的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish the method for determination of polysaccharide from Tripterygium silfordii Hook.f., and compare the content of Tripterygium silfordii Hook.f. polysaccharide extracted with different methods. METHOD The content of polysaccharide was determined by phonel-sulfuric acid method, the detection wavelength was 490nm.RESULTS The dinear relationship of this method was well and the average recovery was 100.5%, RSD=1.23%.CONCLUSION This method is accurate and can be used for quality control of polysaccharide in Tripterygium silfordii Hook.f..
