摘要
目的:观察内关穴区正中神经终末支和心脏神经的投射定位及神经递质属性。方法:本实验采用酶标示踪、免疫组化和非荧光双标方法,观察酶标阳性细胞,以确定大鼠心脏与内关穴区的神经投射定位,并检测神经元的肽类性质。结果:在C5~C7脊神经节和迷走神经节中出现辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)和类霍乱原β亚单位(CB)均为阳性的双标阳性神经元脊神经节中有P物质(SP)、神经肽Y(NPY)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)免疫组化阳性的双标细胞,迷走神经节中有SP和NPY免疫组化阳性的双标细胞。结论:心脏和内关穴区的神经纤维有一部分来自脊神经节和迷走神经节中的同一个神经元。
Objective: to observe the projection and con-origin of the heart and the point neiguan nerves, and the property of neuro-transmitors in the con-origin double labeling neurons. Methods: Enzyme-labelled tracing, immunohisto-chemical and non-fluorescence double labeling techniques were used to observe the projection cells of the heart and the point neiguan nerves. Results: Horseradish peroxidase (HRP), Cholergenoid β (CB) double labeled cells could be seen in C5~C7 spinal ganglions and inferior gangion of vagus nerve; Substane P (SP), Neuropeptide Y (NPY) and Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) immunohoistochemistry double labeled positive cells could be seen in spinal ganglions and inferior gangion of vagus nerve. Conclusion: Some nerve fibers in the heart and the point neiguan originate from one same neuron in the spinal ganglions or the inferior ganglion of vagus nerve.
