摘要
设计了一种可用于物料烘干的内置远红外电热管循环式烘干机,并以小麦烘干为例,对影响烘干速度的各主要参数进行了试验确定,获得了干燥速度与物料层厚度、物料层平均穿透风速和物料层平均移动速度之间的相关关系,并建立了相应的的回归方程,进而利用优化技术得出了所设计烘干机的最佳参数组合为:物料层厚度92.6mm,物料层平均穿透风速0.27m s,物料层平均移动速度1.99cm min。
A circulating dryer with far infrared electro-thermal tubes inside was designed. It can be used to dry materials.Taking wheat as an example the key work parameters influencing on drying speed was affirmed by means of experiments. The relations between drying speed and material thickness, average penetrate wind speed and moving speed of material layer were obtained. The relating regressive equation was established. And the dryer's optimal parameter combination obtained by using optimization technique is as follows: the material thickness is (92.6)mm,the average penetrate wind speed of material layer is 0.27m/s,the moving speed of material layer is (1.99)cm/min.
