多晶体钛形变孪晶的电子显微分析 被引量:3

摘要 用透射电子显微镜(TEM)对密排六方多晶钛在拉伸变形中形成的孪晶进行了观察分析。并采用六方晶系孪晶面的变换矩阵对孪晶电子衍射花样进行了标定。结果表明,单个出现的凸透镜状粗大孪晶为(102),平行排列的板状孪晶为(112),孪晶内存在高密度位错。 The twin formed in tension of HCP polycrystalline titanium was observed by means of TEM. The selected area electron diffraction (SAED) pattern of the twin was indexed by transforming matrix of hexagon crystal twin plan. The results shown that the single big twin like convex is (102) and the twin parallel arranged is (112), high density of dislocation existed in twin.
