摘要 为有效防止家用电器的杂散电磁辐射对人体的危害,设计并制备了纳米Fe颗粒增强环氧树脂基复合材料,本文介绍了该复合材料的设计原理,纳米Fe粉的粒径分布和复合材料的制备工艺,并对其微波吸收行为进行了探讨,研究表明,纳米Fe颗粒增强环氧树脂基复合材料具有良好的吸波功效,吸波规律与Fe粉添加量有关系,随Fe粉含量增加,吸波效率增大,但到达一个峰值时又回落,中间有一最佳值。需进一步研究其它吸波介质和复合介质的电磁匹配参数。 A novel nano-iron particulate reinforced polymer-based composite material against electromagnetic pollution of household appliances was prepared by means of the comprehensive effects of nano-materials. The particle size distribution of carbon claded nano-iron powder, manufacture processing technology and the attenuation and various absorbing mechanism of the composite materials were investigated for the first time. Results shown that the composite materials exhibit notable effects of microwave absorption, in which the attenuation effect were affected by the content of nano-iron powders. A single microwave absorption medium was not enough. The combination of different microwave absorption materials and the coordination of electromagnetic parameters of the composite were to be investigated.
