不同方式输注异丙酚对复合全麻病人术中BIS及复醒时间和警觉/镇静分级的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究异丙酚不同输注方式对复合全麻病人术中BIS、复醒时间和恢复期警觉/镇静分级的影响。方法:将60例行乳腺癌根治手术的病人随机分三组,每组20例。麻醉诱导和气管插管后对照组吸入0.5%~2.0%安氟醚和N2O:O2维持,另外两组只吸N2O:O2,但分别间断滴注和微量泵持续泵注异丙酚两种方式予以维持。观察比较三组病人术中血流动力学、BIS变化和手术结束后苏醒时间及警觉/镇静分级。结果:对照组术中需再次追加芬太尼,苏醒时间明显长于二个异丙酚维持组,间断滴注异丙酚组术中于注入异丙酚后BIS有短暂波动,但苏醒时间和拔管时间均较持续泵注异丙酚组短。术后警觉/镇静分级状态也较持续泵注组恢复快。结论:复合全麻用异丙酚维持有利于保持术中稳定、BIS平稳、术后苏醒和拔管均快于吸入安氟醚麻醉。异丙酚输注方式可轻度影响结果:间断滴注较持续恒速泵入术中BIS波动略大,用异丙酚稍多,但苏醒较快。两种方式均使病人术后平稳,无术中记忆。
