人脑胶质瘤中WAF_1/CIP_1的检测与病理学关系的研究

Study of the relationship between the detection of WAF_1/CIP_1 and pathology in human glioma

目的:检测抑癌基因WAF1/CIP1在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及与肿瘤病理学的关系。方法:选择40例胶质瘤手术切除标本和10例脑外伤组织进行RNA逆转录,然后应用RT-PCR定量检测WAF1/CIP1mRNA。用激光扫描仪检测其总面积和百分面积。结果:脑外伤标本中WAF1/CIP1mRNA全部表达,而胶质瘤仅在病理级别较低中表达,两者有显著性差异。结论:WAF1/CIP1的有无表达及定量多少可以作为临床判断脑胶质瘤恶性程度和预后的一个指标。

Objective To explore relationship between the expression of WAF1/CIP1and tumor pathology in human glioma.Method Surgical operative specimen in40patients with glioma and10patients with brain trauma were retranscrition RNA,and had a quantitative detection of WAF1/CIP1mRNA by RT -PCR.Both total area and precent area were measured by laser scanner.Results Brain traumas specimen all showed WAF1/CIP1mRNA,and the expression of WAF1/CIP1in human glioma showed in the low-grade tumors.There were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion Express ion of WAF1/CIP1and quanti-tative numbers of WAF1/CIP1may be a target to judge malignant degree and prognosis of human glioma.
