100例老年人磨牙牙髓炎的治疗分析

Clinical curative effect of endodontitis of the 100 elders'molars

目的:观察老年人磨牙牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例老年磨牙牙髓炎患者随机分为两组,各50例。A组,采用干髓术;B组去髓后根管治疗结合塑化治疗。术后3年、5年对比观察其疗效。结果:术后3年,两组疗效无显著性差异。术后5年,两组疗效有显著性差异。结论:干髓术或去髓后根管治疗结合塑化治疗都是治疗老年人牙髓炎的有效方法。

Objective To observe Clinical curative effects of endodontitis of 100elders.Method The100sufferers were divided into two groups at radom,each group had50persons.Group A were cured by Mummification,Group B removed the pulp,root canal filling performed,Combined with phenol-formaldehyde liquid filling root canal.After3years and5years,the curative effects were observed.Results3years later,the curative effects of two groups were not different .5years later,the curative effects of two groups were different notability.Conclusions Mummification and root canal filling were performed,Combined with phenol-formalde-hyde liquid filled root canal were all efficient methods of curation for endodontitis of the elders.
