摘要
目的:探讨进展期胃癌232例手术治疗的经验。方法:回顾性分析1998年～2001年我院施行手术治疗的进展期胃癌232例临床资料。结果:胃癌发生在贲门及胃底部12例,胃体部96例,幽门部124例;施行全胃切除术61例,近段胃次全切除术15例,远段胃次全切除术113例,姑息性切除或改道38例。结论:进展期胃癌施行手术治疗仍是目前最积极的治疗方法之一,按规范化、标准化的胃癌根治术式在提高胃癌病人生存期中起重要作用。
Objective To study the experience of surgical treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Method232cases of advanced gastric cancer undergoing surgical cases of total gastrectomy treatment were analyzed retrospectively.Results12cases of gastric cancer grew at stomach orifice and bottom,96cases at stomach body,124cases at pylorus.There were61cases of whole stomach resection,15cases of near resection of majority gastrectomy,113cases of far resection of majority gastrectomy,38cases of palliative gastrectomy or changing course treatment.Con clusion At present surgical treatment of advanced gastric cancer is still one of the most positive treatments.It’s im-portant for advancing the survival period of gastric cancer patients to perform the standard treatments of radical gastrectomy.
