摘要
地勘单位在企业化进程中遇到了队伍建制、管理体制、人员结构就业压力、经济基础薄弱、工业总量不大等问题 ,为解决这些问题 ,文章提出推进地勘单位企业化改革、队伍体制创新、加强投融资体制改革、做强做大工业企业项目。
In their efforts to run as enterprises, geological prospecting units are facing problems as team building, managerial system, employment pressure from personnel structure, weak economic base, and low gross industrial volume and so on. To solve these problems, the paper puts forward five countermeasures, namely advancing the reform in geological prospecting units running as enterprises, innovating the team system, reinforcing the reform in investing and financing system, enlarging projects in industrial enterprises and cultivating talents and optimizing the knowledge structure in the unit.
