摘要
本文首先介绍了新的评鉴哲学体系下,西部高校联盟评鉴委员会(WASC)在高校评鉴过程中对证据开发和使用的原因。然后介绍了证据不同于一般信息、数据的性质,并且通过美国加州Berkeley大学2002年自评报告中的一部分,说明了优秀证据的性质。还提出了在评鉴中正确使用证据所应避免的负面效应。
This article first addresses the development and use of evidence in the new accreditation processed by Western Association of Schools and Colleges in USA. Then it introduces the quality which is different from that of the common information and data. It also provides the character of good evidence by citing part of the Institutional Presentations of UC Berkeley. A number of negative syndromes that should been avoided is offered at the end of this article.
