摘要
供应链必须创造出更多的价值来应对日益激烈的竞争,这个创造更多价值的过程我们称之为价值创新。通常的情况是,供应链上诸要素通过自身的努力提高它所增加的价值,继而提高整条供应链的价值,实现价值创新;实际上还有另外一种方法,就是通过各要素之间的协调与合作来实现供应链上的价值创新,一些企业已经认识到了后者的无穷潜力。
Companies must produce as much as value in the supply chain to face the intense competition, which we call value innovation. Generally, the factors in the supply chain try to add value separately, thus the value in the whole supply chain is greater. There is another way to carry out value innovation, and that is the factors in the supply chain coordinate and cooperate with each other. Some companies have realized the great potential of the latter.
