从牛鞭效应、最优批量等几个方面分析了影响供应链库存成本的因素,然后综合这些影响因素,提出了供应链库存成本降低措施,即选择合适的供应商、推行JIT采购方式等,以提高供应链效率。

Effect factors of supply chain inventory costs are analyzed from several aspects such as bullwhip effect, optimal batch sizing and so on. Based on synthesizing these factors, measures to reduce supply chain inventory costs are presented, i. e. choosing appropriate suppliers and pushing JIT stock and so forth in order to improve supply chain efficiency.
