摘要
目的 评价陶瓷托槽的粘结强度,为临床工作提供一定的指导。方法 选择正畸拔除的第一双尖牙20颗,随机分为两组,分别粘结金属托槽和陶瓷托槽,24h后检测两组托槽的粘结强度和粘结剂残留指数。结果 陶瓷托槽的粘结强度和粘结剂残留指数均显著高于金属托槽(P<0.01)。结论 陶瓷托槽的粘结强度显著高于金属托槽,提示临床上在去陶瓷托槽时一定要小心,以防止釉质的损伤。
Objective To evaluate the shear strength of ceramic brackets to guide ita clinical use. Methods 20 Extracted human premolars were selected as samples and randomly divided into 2 groups.Group 1 was bond with metal brackets and Group 2 was bond with ceramic brackets .After 24 hours, the shear bonding strength and the Adhesive Remnant Index (ARI) were tested. Results The shear bonding strength of ceramic brackets and ARI were stastically higher than metallic brackets (P<0.01). Conclusion The shear bonding strength of ceramic brackets was higher. Care should be taken when ceramic brackets are being debonded (in clinical practice) to avoid enamel cracks.
