摘要
有关下行床反应器的基础研究及应用开发是石油化工、煤化工及生物质加工等领域的一个研究热点。实验设计了用于下行床高温裂解系统的固体物流控制器,并建立冷模装置。研究了压差、下行床进风量及开度等因素对固体循环量的影响,结果表明,实验用的非机械式固体物料控制器(加料板)在固体循环量低于700kg/(m2·s)范围内具有良好的控制性能。
The basic study and the application of the downer reactor become a chief research subject in the field of petrochemical, coal-chemical and biomass pyrolysis and so on.In this paper, a new type of controller of solid flux for oil pyrolysis in the downer reactor was designed. Some factors that influence the solids flux such as differential pressure, air flow rate in the downer and controller position and so on, were studied in a cold-model test unit. The result shows that non-mechanical controller has fine control performance when the solid flux is smaller than 700 kg/(m^2·s).
