摘要
化工过程灾害模拟评价系统能够给化工企业防灾救灾和安全设计提供具有重要参考意义的灾害事故后果分析数据,其模拟计算的结果是化工过程防灾决策支持系统的基础。首先建立了化工过程灾害模拟评价系统的灾害事故模型和数学模型,在此基础上进行了软件系统的总体结构和功能设计,以C++Builder作为可视化编程工具,利用面向对象技术、数据库技术和人工智能技术开发了化工过程灾害模拟评价系统。结合具体工程应用实例,演示了典型化工过程灾害模拟评价结果。工程应用表明,将该软件系统用于化工过程灾害模拟评价是可行的。
The simulating assessment system about chemical process disasters can provide valuable data for disasters prevention and safety design. The simulating results are the basis of decision support system for disasters' prevention in chemical process. First, the accident models and mathematical models about the simulating assessment system were built. Then, the general structure and major functions of the software were introduced. Based on Object-Oriented Programming(OOP), Artificial Intelligence(AI) and database technology, the software was developed with C++Builder. Combined with the project practice, the disasters simulating results and the safety analysis of typical chemical process were demonstrated. The practice shows that the software system is one of the most valuable tools for the safety assessment of chemical process plants.
