摘要
分析了圆锥形零件拉深过程中 ,毛坯靠模时破裂失稳处的变形特点和受力情况。在拉伸失稳理论的基础上 ,推导出了圆锥形零件拉深成形时的极限承载能力 ,即破裂极限载荷的计算公式 ,并用实验对理论计算公式进行了分析验证。
In the process of deep drawing on the conical cup, the relation between incremental strains during the deformation of the blank located at punch radius is studied. On the basis of instability theory, parameter is proposed. The limit load-bearing capability on the instability fracture point in the drawing of the conical cup is deduced. It is explained that the theory can be used analyzing instability fracture in the drawing of circular cup and spherical cup. Experiment results illustrate validity of the theoretical analysis.
