半球形件冲压成形的防内皱压边力研究 被引量:10

摘要 本文利用板壳理论中板屈曲的能量原理 ,建立了半模型球形件冲压成形中防内皱压边力模型 ,模型即公式(12 )。得出影响防内皱压边力Q的因素有 :摩擦系数 μ、凹模内径r1、板料厚度t、材料屈服强度σs 及取决于凸模行程的系数 f。文中给出了防内皱压边力的变化曲线 ,实验证实该模型符合实际情况 ,对于生产有一定的理论指导意义。 On the basis of the energy method in the shell theory, a critical side-wall wrinkle BHF (blank holding force) model of the hemispherical workpieces in the stamping process was established (be formula (12)), where Q the BHF, μ the friction coefficient, r1 the radius of die, t the thickness of blank, σ the yield strength and f the factor, which was determined by the punch travel. The theoretical BHF curve of critical side-wall wrinkle was also provided in the paper and was in good agreement with the experimental results, demonstrating that this model could offer the necessary theoretical basis for engineering practices.
