摘要
正挤—横轧工艺是我国自行研究开发的具有独立的知识产权的新工艺 ,它具有高效、节材、节能等综合经济效益。本文通过系列实验研究分析了管坯正挤—横轧的成形极限 ,分析了各因素对成形极限的影响。
The forward extruding-cross rolling technology is self-developed and has an independent intelligent right, which has high-efficient, saving-materials, low-energy and the other general economic benefits. By systematically experiments, this paper investigated the forming limit and provided valid measures for improving the forming quality of forward extruding and cross rolling tube billet.
