摘要
机械扩径模具是一种分瓣的扇形结构。受模具形状参数的影响 ,筒形件制品的轮廓形状和壁厚分布以及与其质量相关的塑性变形都表现出不同程度的局部特征。这些局部特征不仅难以通过理论解析予以揭示 ,而且也不便于通过实验进行定性和定量分析。然而关于模具形状参数对制品质量影响规律的描述 ,对机械扩径技术的研发具有至关重要的作用。因此本文通过数值模拟方法 ,分析了模具边缘圆角半径和尾部形状参数对制品质量的影响规律 ,讨论了这些参数与制品轮廓形状、椭圆度和壁厚分布之间的关系 ,为扩径模具的设计提供了理论依据。
Dies used for mechanical Expanding are sectorial and separated each other in cross section. Because of influence of geometrical parameters of them, the contour, wall thickness and the plastic deformation related with product quality show clearly regional features. It is difficult to discover those by analyses and experiments. They are highly important to development and research of mechanical expanding, so the relations between the qualitative parameters of finished products and the structural parameters of expanding-die are analyzed systematically by elastic-plastic finite element method in this paper. The results can be used for the designing of expanding die.
