摘要
针对数控车削加工过程的特点,通过刀具切削运动轨迹对切削力影响的研究,获得切削力的变化规律,实现了数控车削加工切削力波动的预报。以此为基础,建立了数控车削用量优化切削力波动约束模型,提出了切削力波动的控制策略。
Based on the characteristic of sports track of cutter and cutting parameters in NC turning process, the mathematic model of the constraint condition in optimization of NC turning parameters is founded by the prediction fluctuation of cutting force. The method of controlling fluctuation of cutting force was put forward.
