表皮调节素
摘要
表皮调节素是表皮生长因子家族的新成员 ,是从鼠成纤维细胞来源的肿瘤细胞系N2H3T3/T7的条件培养基中纯化出来的。表皮调节素在各种上皮细胞来源的正常组织及肿瘤组织中发挥了一定的作用 ,通过对其表达。
