摘要 目前国际上已商业化使用或提出的潜在的环保工质,大多数为氢氟烃(HFC)混合物,利用状态方程描述混合工质热力性质时,交互作用系数是重要参数之一。本文应用Peng-Robinson状态方程对多种HFC二元混合物的气液相平衡(vapor—liquid equilibrium,VLE)实验数据进行了回归,得到了相应混合物的交互作用系数。提出了交互作用系数新关联式,结果表明所得到的交互作用系数能很好的应用于描述HFC混合物气液相平衡性质,计算精度可以满足工程应用的需要。 The interim and long-term replacements for HCFC refrigerants (such as HCFC-22) and R-502 are mostly hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) mixtures. The interaction coefficient is one of the most important parameters for describing the vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) property of mixtures. Based on the Peng-Robinson equation of state (PR EOS) and the literatures' data for the binary HFC mixtures' VLE, the interaction coefficients for these mixtures were calculated. A new correlation for the interaction coefficients of binary HFC mixtures was developed and applied to describe the VLE of HFC mixtures. The results showed that present correlation combined with PR EOS can represent the experimental results accurately in a wide temperature range and the accuracy can meet the requirements of engineering applications.
