微腔型PCR芯片的多体系集总热容法分析 被引量:3

摘要 本文采用多体系集总热容法分析了微腔型PCR芯片的热循环过程,研究了芯片的温度变化规律,并提出了芯片功耗的预测方法。数值模拟表明,多体系集总热容法可以被用来估计微腔型PCR芯片的温度变化,并能够准确地预测芯片所需功耗。 A multi-system lumped heat capacity analysis has been adopted to simulate the thermal cycling of the micro chamber PCR chip. Comparing with the numerical simulation, the present method can grasp the temperature ramping process correctly, and predict the power consumption.
