摘要
在相当于生产规模1/10—1/6的半工业性工厂试验中,用12%—14%TBP煤油溶液,从含铀量为13—40g/L的硝酸中进行了萃取和洗涤试验。萃取8级,水洗2级。混合室边长为388mm,混合室与澄清室的边长比为1:2。铀的提取率大于99.9%,萃余液中含铀量小于5mg/L。
In the pilot plant test of one tenth to one sixth production scale, the uranium was extracted from the nitric acid solution containing 13 - 40 gU/L using 12-1 4% TBP in kerosene solution. 8 stage-ex-traction with 2 stage-washing was carried out with recovery rate more than 99. 9% and less than 5 mgU/L in the raffinate. The length of the mixer was 388mm, and the lengh ratio of the mixer to the settler was 1 : 2 .
